I don't know how to edit video — can I still use this?+

Yes, no editing needed at all. You type in a topic — the app writes the script, voices it, picks matching footage and adds subtitles. The output is a ready vertical mp4; you'll never open a timeline.

How do I try it for free?+

Download the app and launch it — a free trial is built in: make a reel with free voices and your own free AI key (getting one takes a couple of minutes, no card required). Like it? Get a license.

Why does Windows show "SmartScreen"?+

The app isn't signed with a paid certificate, so SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC." That's expected: click "More info" → "Run anyway." You're downloading the file directly from GitHub Releases.

Do I have to pay for AI?+

No — you can run entirely on free services. The script is written by Gemini (free key), voice-over by Edge-TTS and Piper (no keys, no cost), footage via a trial media key. Premium is optional, on your own keys: ElevenLabs realistic voices and Claude scripts. The VideoRils license is paid separately from AI usage — it's payment for the app itself, not for AI.

How do I get a free Pexels key for clips?+

Pexels is a free source of video/photos for reels. The key is issued free in a couple of minutes: go to pexels.com/api, sign up and paste your API key into the app's settings (the "Keys" section → Pexels). A short video walkthrough:

How do I pay and get a key?+

Payment is in USDT (TRC-20). After the transfer, the server automatically verifies the payment and issues the license key straight into the app — nothing to forward manually.

Lifetime license or subscription?+

Both are available: $15/month, $79/year, or $97 lifetime. The lifetime license is a one-time payment tied to one computer — no recurring charges.

What language does it make reels in?+

This build's default is English — voice-over, subtitles and AI scripts in English. Russian is also fully supported with one checkbox. The interface itself switches RU / EN.

Who's responsible for the content you upload?+

VideoRils is a processing tool. The user uploads and publishes the videos and text, and is responsible for that content. Only upload material you have the rights to. The app does not download video from any platform — it only works with the file you selected yourself.
