From idea to publish
No editing, no microphone, no stock footage — it's all built in.

🆓 Works with free AI — or plug in premium keys, your choice
The app writes the script itself, voices it, picks matching footage for every scene, adds big subtitles and assembles a vertical 9:16 video for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. No editing, no stock footage, no microphone — from idea to finished video in a couple of minutes, right on your PC.
Not just "text to video." Three things you'd normally hire an editor or a paid service for — built in here, running on your own PC.
Upload a viral clip in another language — the app keeps the footage, wipes the original subtitles and lays down your own English voice-over and subtitles. No filming, no editing.
Give it a topic — the app assembles a fast-cut montage from 15–30 different clips set to music, like the trending "compilation" reels on Reels and TikTok. You can preview and swap clips before the final render.
No paid AI subscription needed: script, voice-over and clip selection all run on free API keys. Want premium quality — plug in your own keys. Your choice.
Give it a topic — and VideoRils' AI assembles a vertical video with voice-over and subtitles in a couple of minutes on your Windows PC. Below: how it works, what you get, and what it costs.
It's not a talent problem — it's a time problem. The app takes over all the busywork.
Finding clips, cutting, syncing, music, subtitles by hand — and your evening is gone for one video.
Don't want to show your face or hear your own voice? Voice-over and footage — no filming, no mic.
Not sure what to post about? Built-in "ideas of the day" and AI scripts suggest a topic and write the text.
While you're wondering "is this hard" — someone just posted their third reel today.
The only difference is the tool.
Reels assembled automatically by the app — different topics, styles and subtitles. They play muted; tap 🔊 on a reel to listen.

The rest of the market splits the work into parts and charges for it every month. VideoRils hands you a finished reel — and only once.

A tool should belong to you — like a hammer, not a rental.

Yes, no editing needed at all. You type in a topic — the app writes the script, voices it, picks matching footage and adds subtitles. The output is a ready vertical mp4; you'll never open a timeline.
Download the app and launch it — a free trial is built in: make a reel with free voices and your own free AI key (getting one takes a couple of minutes, no card required). Like it? Get a license.
The app isn't signed with a paid certificate, so SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC." That's expected: click "More info" → "Run anyway." You're downloading the file directly from GitHub Releases.
No — you can run entirely on free services. The script is written by Gemini (free key), voice-over by Edge-TTS and Piper (no keys, no cost), footage via a trial media key. Premium is optional, on your own keys: ElevenLabs realistic voices and Claude scripts. The VideoRils license is paid separately from AI usage — it's payment for the app itself, not for AI.
Pexels is a free source of video/photos for reels. The key is issued free in a couple of minutes: go to pexels.com/api, sign up and paste your API key into the app's settings (the "Keys" section → Pexels). A short video walkthrough:
Payment is in USDT (TRC-20). After the transfer, the server automatically verifies the payment and issues the license key straight into the app — nothing to forward manually.
Both are available: $15/month, $79/year, or $97 lifetime. The lifetime license is a one-time payment tied to one computer — no recurring charges.
This build's default is English — voice-over, subtitles and AI scripts in English. Russian is also fully supported with one checkbox. The interface itself switches RU / EN.
VideoRils is a processing tool. The user uploads and publishes the videos and text, and is responsible for that content. Only upload material you have the rights to. The app does not download video from any platform — it only works with the file you selected yourself.
