1. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the desktop applications "Видеорилс Мини" (VideoRils Mini) and "Видеорилс Лайт" (VideoRils Lite) (the "App", the "Service") and the website videorils.com. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing, activating or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept these Terms, the Disclaimer, the AI Disclosure and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement with the current version published at videorils.com/en/legal; material changes are reflected in the version number and date. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
1.2 Description of the Service
The App is desktop software that automatically turns your text into short vertical videos (9:16) from stock footage, with AI voice-over, subtitles and styling, suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other vertical platforms. Certain features (for example, "Ideas of the day", license verification, auto-update, server hints) depend on our servers and on third-party services and APIs; their availability is not guaranteed and may change.
1.3 License
Upon payment of a plan, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or commercial creation of your own content, within the limits of the chosen plan. The license key is bound to one computer. You may not: resell, transfer, publish or share the key; crack, decompile or bypass the licensing mechanisms or plan limits; use the Service to create illegal, misleading content or content that infringes the rights of third parties. Rights to the App, its code, interface and the "VideoRils" brand belong to the rights holder.
1.4 Plans and payment
Plans: Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime. Payment is made in USDT on the TRC-20 network to the address shown in the App; transfers on the wrong network or to the wrong address are non-refundable for technical reasons inherent to the blockchain. The Lifetime plan means a perpetual right to use the purchased version for as long as the Service is supported and operational; it does not guarantee perpetual operation of features that depend on third-party APIs.
1.5 Your own keys and third-party services
You may connect your own API keys of third-party services (Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), ElevenLabs, Pixabay, Pexels, etc.). Their use is governed by the terms of those services; you are solely responsible for obtaining the keys, complying with their limits and terms, and for any related costs.
1.6 Right to modify and suspend the Service
We may at any time modify, update, suspend or discontinue the Service and its features (including server features), in whole or in part, including as a result of changes to or discontinuation of third-party services and APIs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
1.7 Suspension for violations
In the event of a violation (cracking or bypassing licensing, distributing or sharing a key), we may suspend or revoke the license and access without a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1.8 Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability; surviving provisions
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"; see the Disclaimer below. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the rights holder is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages; aggregate liability does not exceed the amount paid for the Service over the preceding 12 months. Provisions on license, payment and non-refunds, and on disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, survive termination of the Terms.
2. Disclaimer
2.1 "As is" and "as available"
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.
2.2 Responsibility for content lies with the user
You are solely and fully responsible for the content you create and publish and for any consequences of it. You may not create or distribute content that infringes the rights of third parties, violates the law, or breaches platform rules.
2.3 Stock footage
Video and photo material comes from third-party stock services (Pixabay, Pexels) under their own licenses. You must make sure your use is permitted and comply with the terms of those services and the rules of the platforms where you publish content.
2.4 No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any result from publishing the content you create — views, reach, followers, "getting into recommendations", virality, income or any other benefit.
2.5 Platform actions
We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others) regarding your account or content, including restrictions, shadow bans, removal or blocking. Complying with platform rules is your responsibility.
2.6 AI-generated content; your own keys
Voice-over, text, footage selection and styling are generated with AI and provided "as is"; the result may contain inaccuracies or errors — review it before publishing (see the AI Disclosure). You are responsible for the use, limits and costs of your own third-party keys. You use the Service at your own risk.
3. Privacy Policy
We follow the principle of data minimization — we collect only what is needed for the license and the Service's features to work.
3.1 What we collect
- Device identifier (machine_id) — to bind the license key to the device, verify the license, and personalize "Ideas of the day".
- Payment identifier (txid) — to confirm USDT payment and issue the license key.
- Anonymous error telemetry — in the event of a significant failure, a de-identified technical message (error type/stage, short description).
3.2 What we do NOT collect
The content of your scripts, topics and text is not collected or stored on our servers. Your API keys are stored locally on your device, encrypted, and are not sent to our servers. We do not collect excessive personal data.
3.3 Processors and third-party services
Firebase (Google) — storage of license data, app versions and service records. Render — backend hosting. Third-party APIs that the App connects to (Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Pixabay, Pexels, ElevenLabs, etc.) are governed by their own privacy policies.
3.4 Retention, security, your rights, children, changes
We retain data no longer than necessary and apply reasonable security measures; transmission of data over the internet cannot be guaranteed 100% secure. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data — write to supportvideorils@gmail.com. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. The current version is always available at videorils.com/en/legal.
4. AI Disclosure
4.1 Content is created with AI
The Service uses artificial-intelligence technologies to create and process the script text, synthesize speech (voice-over), select video and photo material, and generate subtitles and styling. The final video is the result of automated AI processing combined with stock footage.
4.2 Review the result before publishing
AI may make mistakes, inaccuracies, factual errors, incorrect pronunciation, or select irrelevant footage. We strongly recommend reviewing and, if necessary, editing the material before publishing.
4.3 Labeling and compliance
Some platforms and some countries' laws require labeling of content created or modified with AI; complying with this is your responsibility. This disclosure is published in line with AI-transparency principles (in the spirit of the EU AI Act and FTC guidance) and may be updated as regulation and technology evolve.
