We are committed to transparency about the artificial-intelligence technologies used in the applications “Видеорилс Мини” (VideoRils Mini) and “Видеорилс Лайт” (VideoRils Lite) (the “Service”).
1. Content is created with AI
1.1. The Service uses artificial-intelligence technologies to:
- generate and process the script text from your prompt;
- synthesize speech (voiceover) — the voice is created by algorithms; it is not a recording of a live speaker (unless you use your own voice recording);
- select video and photo footage to match the meaning of the phrases;
- generate subtitles and styling.
1.2. The final video is the result of automatic AI processing combined with stock footage.
2. Review the result before publishing
2.1. AI technologies may produce errors, inaccuracies, factual distortions, incorrect stress or pronunciation, and irrelevant footage selection.
2.2. We strongly recommend reviewing and, where necessary, editing the finished material before publication — checking facts, wording, voiceover, and the relevance of footage to the topic and platform rules.
2.3. Responsibility for published content lies with the user (see videorils.com/disclaimer).
3. Labeling AI content on platforms
3.1. A number of platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and the laws of certain countries require labeling of content created or substantially modified with AI.
3.2. You are solely responsible for complying with such labeling requirements when publishing the created video.
4. Compliance with AI-transparency requirements
4.1. This disclosure is published with regard to the principles of AI-use transparency (in the spirit of requirements such as the EU AI Act and FTC guidance on disclosing AI content), which are important for an international audience.
4.2. We may supplement this disclosure as regulation and technology evolve.
5. Third-party AI services
5.1. Certain features may use third-party AI services and models (for example, speech synthesis, language models). Their operation is governed by the terms of the respective providers.
