This Policy describes what data the applications “Видеорилс Мини” (VideoRils Mini) and “Видеорилс Лайт” (VideoRils Lite) (the “Service”) and the website videorils.com process, and how we handle it. We follow the principle of data minimization — we collect only what is needed for the license and service features to work.
1. What data we collect
We process a limited set of data:
1.1. Device identifier (machine_id) — a technical identifier of your computer. Used to:
- bind the license key to the device and verify the license;
- personalize the “Ideas of the day” feature (so that different users get different sets).
1.2. Payment identifier (txid) — the identifier of the USDT transaction at payment. Used to confirm payment and issue the license key.
1.3. Anonymous error telemetry — in the event of a significant failure (for example, a video did not build), the Service may send a de-identified technical message: the type and stage of the error and a short technical description. This helps us find and fix problems.
2. What we do NOT collect
2.1. The content of your scripts, topics and texts — we do not collect or store it on our servers. Error telemetry does not include the content of your scripts, keys or file paths.
2.2. Your API keys (ElevenLabs, Pixabay, Pexels, Gemini, etc.) are stored locally on your device in encrypted form and are not transmitted to our servers. They are used by the App only for direct requests to the respective third-party services from your device.
2.3. We do not collect excessive personal data that is not needed for the Service to work.
3. Purposes
3.1. We process the above data to:
- provide and protect the license (key verification, device binding);
- confirm payment;
- ensure the operation and improve the quality of the Service (error diagnostics);
- provide server features (“Ideas of the day”, updates).
4. Processors and third-party services
To operate the Service we use third-party infrastructure and service providers that may process the technical data above on our behalf:
4.1. Firebase (Google) — storage of license data, application versions and service records.
4.2. Render — hosting of the server side (license verification, payments, “Ideas of the day”).
4.3. Third-party APIs that the App calls (by feature and/or with your keys): providers of stock footage (Pixabay, Pexels), speech synthesis (ElevenLabs), AI models (Gemini) and others. Their data processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
4.4. Website analytics. On the website videorils.com we use third-party analytics counters to measure traffic and improve the site. They may collect technical information about your visit — IP address, device and browser type, referrer, and your actions and behavior on the site — and use cookies and similar technologies:
- Yandex.Metrica (YANDEX LLC) — web analytics. Webvisor is enabled — it records visitor actions on the site (cursor movements, clicks, scrolling, and input into fields other than those marked as private) and a click map, to understand how visitors use the site. Policy: yandex.com/legal/confidential.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) — a counter for visit statistics and measuring advertising effectiveness.
- TikTok Pixel (TikTok) — a counter for visit statistics and measuring advertising effectiveness.
These tools run on the website only; the “Видеорилс” applications themselves do not include them.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
5.1. The website videorils.com uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, counter identifiers) — to run analytics, remember your preferences (for example, that you dismissed the cookie notice) and measure advertising effectiveness. The counters listed in section 4.4 set their own cookies.
5.2. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings, or use privacy tools / content blockers. Disabling some cookies may reduce the convenience of the site but does not prevent you from downloading and using the App.
5.3. On your first visit the site shows a notice about the use of analytics and cookies; by continuing to use the site you accept this.
6. Storage and security
6.1. We store data no longer than necessary for the stated purposes and to comply with applicable requirements.
6.2. We apply reasonable technical protection measures. User API keys are encrypted locally on the device.
6.3. Transmission of data over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure; absolute security cannot be promised.
7. Your rights
7.1. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its processing.

8. Children
8.1. The Service is not intended for persons under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect the data of such persons.
9. Changes to the policy
9.1. We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at videorils.com/privacy with the version and date indicated. Material changes are reflected in the version number.
