These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the desktop applications “Видеорилс Мини” (VideoRils Mini) and “Видеорилс Лайт” (VideoRils Lite) (the “App”, the “Service”) and the website videorils.com. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
1.1. By downloading, installing, activating or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept these Terms, as well as the Disclaimer, AI Disclosure and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.2. Use of the Service constitutes agreement with the current version of the Terms published at videorils.com/terms. We may update the documents; material changes are reflected in the version number and date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1.3. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are able to enter into legally binding agreements.
2. Description of the Service
2.1. The App is desktop software that automatically turns the user’s text into short vertical videos (9:16 format) from stock video and photo footage, with AI voiceover, subtitles and styling, suitable for publishing on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other vertical platforms.
2.2. Certain features (for example, “Ideas of the day”, license verification, auto-update, server hints) depend on our servers and on third-party services and APIs (including, without limitation, providers of stock footage, speech synthesis and AI models). Availability of such features is not guaranteed and may change (see section 6).
2.3. The App runs on the user’s computer. Some capabilities require an internet connection and/or the user’s own API keys from third-party services.
3. License
3.1. Upon payment of a plan, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or commercial creation of your own content, within the limits of the chosen plan.
3.2. Device binding. The license key is activated and bound to one computer (device identifier). Use of one key on several devices simultaneously is not provided for.
3.3. Prohibitions. You may not:
- resell, transfer, rent, gift or otherwise distribute the license key or access to it;
- publish, share or collectively use a single key by several persons;
- crack, decompile, bypass or attempt to bypass the licensing, key-verification or plan-limit mechanisms;
- modify or reverse-engineer the App beyond the limits expressly permitted by applicable law;
- use the Service to create illegal, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
3.4. Rights to the App itself, its code, interface and the “Видеорилс” brand belong to the rights holder. The license does not transfer to you any rights to the App other than the right to use it as intended.
4. Plans and payment
4.1. Available plans: Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime. Current prices are shown in the App and on the website.
4.2. Payment is made in the USDT cryptocurrency on the TRC-20 network to the address shown in the App. The user is solely responsible for the correctness of the network and transfer address; transfers on the wrong network or to the wrong address are non-refundable for technical reasons inherent to the blockchain.
4.3. The Lifetime plan means a perpetual right to use the purchased version of the App for as long as the Service is supported and operational. It does not guarantee perpetual operation of server features that depend on third-party APIs (see section 6), and does not imply an obligation to release new versions indefinitely.
4.4. All stated prices do not include possible network fees and third-party service fees, which are borne by the user.
5. Own keys and third-party services
5.1. For a number of features (advanced voiceover, stock footage, AI models) the user may connect their own API keys of third-party services (for example, ElevenLabs, Pixabay, Pexels, Gemini, etc.).
5.2. Use of such services is governed by their own terms. You are solely responsible for obtaining the keys, complying with the limits and terms of these services, and for all related costs. We do not control and are not responsible for the operation, availability, pricing or limits of third-party services.
6. Right to modify and suspend the Service
6.1. We may at any time modify, update, suspend or discontinue (in whole or in part) the operation of the Service and its individual features, including server features (“Ideas of the day”, hints, auto-update, etc.), including where this is caused by changes, restrictions or discontinuation of third-party services and APIs.
6.2. We make reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability or immutability of features.
6.3. We may release updates to the App; individual features may appear, change or be removed.
7. Suspension of the license for violation
7.1. In the event of a violation of these Terms, in particular cracking or bypassing licensing mechanisms, or distributing or collectively using a key, we may suspend or revoke the license and access to the Service without a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.2. We may apply technical measures to detect violations (verification of key-to-device binding, etc.).
8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
8.1. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without any warranties. Details are set out in the Disclaimer (videorils.com/disclaimer), which is an integral part of these Terms.
8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the rights holder is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profit, or loss of data or reputation related to the use of or inability to use the Service. The aggregate liability of the rights holder in any case does not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the Service over the preceding 12 months.
9. Provisions surviving termination
9.1. Upon termination of the license or these Terms, provisions that by their nature should continue to apply survive, including, without limitation: provisions on the license and its restrictions (section 3), on payment and non-refunds (section 4), and on disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability (section 8).
