This Disclaimer is an integral part of the Terms of Service (videorils.com/terms). By using the applications “Видеорилс Мини” (VideoRils Mini) and “Видеорилс Лайт” (VideoRils Lite) (the “Service”), you agree to the following.
1. “As is” and “as available”
1.1. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.
1.2. We do not warrant that the Service will operate without failures, that defects will be corrected, that the result will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be available at any time.
2. Responsibility for content lies with the user
2.1. You are solely and fully responsible for the content you create with the Service, for its substance and legality, as well as for its publication and any consequences of publication.
2.2. You undertake not to create or distribute content that infringes the rights of third parties, violates the law, or breaches the rules of publishing platforms.
3. Stock footage and rights
3.1. Video and photo footage is sourced from third-party stock providers (for example, Pixabay, Pexels) and is provided under their own licenses.
3.2. You must independently ensure that the use of specific footage is permissible for your purpose, and comply with the terms of the relevant stock services, as well as the rules of the platforms on which you publish the finished video.
4. No guarantee of results
4.1. We do not guarantee any result from publishing the created content, including, without limitation: number of views, reach, subscribers, “getting into recommendations”, virality, income or other benefit.
4.2. Any examples, expectations or assumptions about results are not a promise and do not guarantee a similar result for you.
5. Platform blocks and actions
5.1. We are not responsible for the decisions of third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, VK, Dzen, etc.) regarding your account or content, including restrictions, shadow bans, content removal, blocking or closure of an account.
5.2. Compliance with the rules of specific platforms is your responsibility.
6. AI content
6.1. Voiceover, text, footage selection and styling are generated using artificial-intelligence algorithms and models and are provided “as is”. The result may contain inaccuracies, errors, artifacts or undesirable wording.
6.2. We recommend reviewing and, where necessary, correcting the result before publication. See the AI Disclosure (videorils.com/ai-disclosure) for more details.
7. Third-party keys and services
7.1. When using your own keys of third-party services (ElevenLabs, Pixabay, Pexels, Gemini, etc.), you are solely responsible for their use and for compliance with their limits, terms and costs.
7.2. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, quality, price changes, limits or discontinuation.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holder and related persons are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service.
8.2. You use the Service at your own risk.
